Small Group Training
Small group training is a cost-effective alternative to private
training and allows friends, family, and teams to train together.

it can be difficult to decipher what constitutes a good diet. We
can help simplify this process by monitoring your current diet and
giving you guidance and support. A proper and complete diet will
help you achieve the healthy body and mind you desire.
Cardiovascular conditioning is on of the most important aspects
of any fitness program. Depending on your goals, there are many
different modes cardiovascular conditioning. In the interest of
variety, we will use as many of these modes as possible:

~ Sports specific drills
Strength Training/Core Stability
No matter what you do, a stronger body will help you do it better.
Wether you are a mother lifting a baby or a pro athlete competing
at an elite level, strength and core stability is crucial. Not only
will strength training significantly increase your body's ability
to function at a high level, it will also make you look great. During
the session the possibilities are endless, we will lift weights,
pull bands, throw medballs, swing kettlebells, and have fun doing it.
When it comes to burning calories and achieving a lean muscular
physique, there are few tools better than circuit training. Circuit
training is a great tool because it combines the benefits of cardiovascular
conditioning and strength training. This type of training allows
us to get the most amount of work done in the least amount of time.
Flexibility and Mobility
Although many times overlooked, flexibility and mobility are two of the most
important aspects of any comprehensive training program. Benefits
include; improved posture, reduced risk of low back pain, increased
blood and nutrients to tissues, increased range of motion, higher
performance, and decreased likelihood of injuries.

one-hour session, we will assess your current level of fitness and
work together to create a plan to achieve your goals. These results
will give us a bench mark we can use to measure your progress.

specifically for your needs. Once we design your program, we can
then demonstrate the proper techniques, progressions, and implementation
