Jason earned his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from
the University of Rhode Island and is a National Strength and Conditioning
(NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
Jason is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
and holds current certifications as a CPR/AED and First Aid instructor.
As well as working with all of his clients, Jason is currently in
the process of obtaining his masters degree in physical therapy.
Living an active and healthy lifestyle comes naturally to Jason.
His enthusiasm for sports, fitness,and strength training
began at an early age and has developed into a passion for helping
others achieve their goals.
Jason believes each client is unique and a mutual commitment and understanding
is necessary to achieve their goals. Jason is an inspiration to
his clients and an outstanding motivator and educator. Jason is
also a lifelong resident of Jamestown, Rhode Island.
Patrick is a certified Personal Trainer through the American College of
Sports Medicine (ACSM) and International Youth Conditioning Association
(IYCA) certified Youth Fitness Specialist. In addition to working with
clients, Patrick is in the process of earning his degree in Physical
Patrick has experience in working with a wide array of clients ranging
from middle school and high school athletes to people of all ages in the
pursuit of body transformation. He specializes in strength and
conditioning, youth fitness, corrective exercise, injury prevention, and
His goals include sharing his passion and dedication for sport and
fitness. While inspiring others to discover their athletic potential,
improve their overall quality of life, and most importantly lead a
physical and active lifestyle.
Kimberly is a RI licensed massage therapist. She received her training at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy where in addition to therapeutic massage technique, course work also included anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, and pathology. She is nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and is a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
Through 10 years of full-time hands on experience with clients, and hundreds of hours of continuing education, Kimberly has gained extensive knowledge in the treatment of various acute and chronic conditions. Massage therapy is an essential tool for pain management, stress reduction, injury prevention, and enhancing overall health and wellbeing. Kimberly has seen clients experience positive results for conditions such as back and/or neck pain, arthritis, sciatic pain, tennis/golfers elbow, TMJ, headaches, fibromyalgia, nerve impingement, numbness/tingling of the extremities, pregnancy discomforts, high blood pressure, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Combining deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial, sports and swedish massage techniques she is able to address each clients unique needs. She enjoys helping others maintain and improve their physical and emotional wellness.
